What areas do you cover for mobile services?
I offer mobile hair and makeup services across Auckland, including Devonport, Takapuna, North Shore and surrounding areas. If you’re unsure if I cover your location, feel free to ask!
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. A deposit may be non-refundable, but I do my best to accommodate reschedules when availability allows.
How should I prepare for my makeup/hair appointment?
Please come with a clean, freshly exfoliated, moisturized face and dry hair (if you're having your hair styled). I recommend wearing a button-up shirt to avoid disturbing your makeup or hair when changing.
How long does a typical appointment take?
For makeup, appointments typically take 60-90 minutes, depending on the complexity of the look. Hair styling usually takes around 30-60 minutes.
Is there a travel cost for your services?
Travel within Devonport, Hauraki Corner and Takapuna is free. For locations further out, a travel fee may apply, depending on the distance. Get in touch for a quote based on your location.
Makeup Studio Bookings
On a casual basis I take bookings from my home makeup studio space based in Devonport. If this is something you are interested in, please get in touch so we can discuss!
Concerning bridal trials
I advise you have your trial at most 6 weeks before your wedding day. This is because your skin and hair will be in very similar conditions to your actual wedding day.
You choose weather we do a makeup & hair trial, or one or the other.
Available on location (travel fee may occur) or at my home studio space in Devonport.
How far in advance should I book?
​For weddings and major events, I recommend booking at least 6-12 months in advance to secure your date. For other events, it's best to book as early as possible, but I can often accommodate last-minute requests depending on availability.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This ensures that your date is reserved, and the amount will be deducted from the final payment.
Do you offer trials for weddings or special events?
Yes! I offer makeup and hair trials for brides and other clients who want to test out their look before the big day. This ensures you’ll be happy with the final result.
Can you accommodate group bookings?
Yes, I can cater to group bookings for weddings, parties, and events. Be sure to mention how many people require hair and/or makeup when you enquire so I can plan accordingly.
Should I bring my own lip product for touch-ups?
Yes! I always recommend that my clients bring or purchase their favorite lip shade for touch-ups throughout the day or evening. While I provide a small sample pot for re-application, having your own beautifully packaged product on hand makes it easier and more convenient to refresh your look during your event.

Do you have a minimum booking policy?
Yes, for mobile bookings, a minimum number of services may be required depending on your location.
For example, bookings located 20km or more from Devonport typically require a minimum of 2 services, while those 30km or more may require 3 or more services.
The further the distance, the greater the minimum — this helps ensure time, travel, and setup are worthwhile from a business perspective.
